Missed / cancelled class & refund policy
We know that changes to your schedule might happen and children do get sick. We therefore allow you to transfer any ticket bought to a future date.
This transfer can be done up until 3 hours before the class start. The transfer is done via the booking confirmation emailed received when bought the tickets.
It is the parent’s responsibility to action this transfer 3 hours before the start time of the class. No refunds will be given for tickets not transferred and classes missed.
Transfer of tickets is only applicable for the same venue.
In the event that we need to cancel a class, a refund will be made back into the card you made payment with or into your PayPal account.
Classes held at schools we follow the missed or cancelled class policy of the applicable school.
